Ordinary Portland Cement also known as OPC is the most widely used cement around the globe due to the multidimensional benefits that it provides. The basic ingredients to make it include concrete, mortar, stucco and most non-specialty grout which allows it to perform impeccably and gives it strength, elasticity and durability. Additionally the cement conforms to the standard: BDS EN 197-1:2003 CEM-I, 52.5 N.
Mir OPC is highly durable and extra strong due to 95% to 100% clinker and very low percent of alkalis, chlorides, and magnesia present in the product. Mir Ordinary Portland Cement sets more quickly and attains 75% of its maximum strength within 7days. Due to its resistance, resilience and quick setting properties, it is greatly used in large construction projects.
